Seating is limited and there is no cover, so get there early. The show will follow the conclusion of the 2013 CMA Awards. After attending Missouri State University on a vocal performance scholarship, Farr discovered his heart was in country music while on tour with his stepfather—George Jones’ guitar player. Inspired by the legend, Farr moved to Music City where he got a job at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge as a bouncer and worked his way to the stage, often singing four nights a week. Although he left Nashville and moved back to Missouri because he wanted people to hear his songs, rather than performing covers, he was convinced to move back to town by songwriter/artist Rhett Akins, where he began co-writing with the Peach Pickers and Dallas Davison and scored a publishing deal and a record contract with Columbia Nashville. Since then, the classically trained Missouri native has redefined “Redneck” with the release of his #1 platinum-certified hit “Redneck Crazy” from his debut album of the same name, which became the biggest country male debut for an artist since 2011. Featured in Entertainment Weekly, “Redneck Crazy” was also named “the song of the summer” by The New York Times. In addition to critical acclaim, “Redneck Crazy” hit several milestones across numerous platforms, including more than 8 million views for the song’s music video on VEVO. Farr is currently on tour opening for Florida Georgia Line’s first headlining tour and will begin select dates with Jason Aldean in January. His next single off his top-selling album Whiskey in My Water is currently out at country radio and was the most-added song of the week upon its debut.
